Shipping and Delivery

Standard Shipping charges apply  All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 3 business days for dispatch.

Deliveries by Australia Post or one of our couriers can be tracked by entering the applicable tracking ID number. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 944 994 or by email at info@tazaproduct.com.au  if you have questions about your delivery.

Please note that we do not offer Flat Rate Courier delivery outside Australia, to Australian offshore territories or remote locations within Australia. Examples of remote locations include Norfolk Island, Christmas Island and any area that may require access via aircraft, motor vessel or a specialised vehicle. Please contact us if you have a question in relation to the locations to which we deliver.
